VACCINATION AND COVID19 (AND VARIANTS) MEDICAL DIRECTIVE

This 6-page document can be presented to your family members, physician, cleric, lawyer, medical facility, or other persons who may become responsible for your health, welfare or affairs. A copy of this notice should be placed into your personal health file so that it is readily available to any medical personnel upon admission to a hospital, visit by emergency workers or ambulance, or in the event of your incapacity to speak for yourself. 

If you don't want to be force tested or vaccinated against your will simply because you were admitted to hospital, possibly in an unconscious state, then you need to get this paperwork filed with your official medical records to deter such actions and to put legal liability on those who would do you harm!
